Domestic abuse affects a staggering 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men, yet many people are so worried about the consequences of letting anyone know what is happening, that they suffer in silence, feeling worse and worse. This video has been made by people who really know what you are going through so that they can try and offer you hope that there is a way through this.
